Choose a mode, difficulty or platform
Tape to Tape offers more than a single campaign decision. Start here if you want a shorter hockey session, changed match difficulty or clarity about the Nintendo version.
Choose the question before opening settings
- Want a standalone match instead of a roguelite run? Compare Play Now, Tournament and Campaign.
- Changed difficulty but the wrong mode seems affected? Check Game Options versus Campaign setup.
- Playing on Switch 2? Read the compatibility guide before assuming a native edition or PC-identical features.
- Want to watch rather than control every skater? Compare the reported goalie lock with a Play Now CPU exhibition; neither proves an automated Campaign.
Bringing friends changes the setup question
After choosing the match format, use the existing co-op/Remote Play guide for Steam sharing and its platform limits. A local mode, a cloud-save label and native online matchmaking are different features.
What do you want to improve?
Play Tape to Tape without starting a campaign run
Choose Tape to Tape Play Now, Tournament or Campaign for your session. Separate short-match options from the roguelite run and future mode plans.
